Shipping & Orders Info

Q: Do you ship to all 50 states? Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we do ship to all 50 state. Shipping for orders in the U.S.A is a flat rate of $7. 
We also now ship internationally. Shipping for orders internationally is a flat rate of $14. You choose the shipping method based on your location. 

Q: Can you resend me my order if I put the wrong address?
A: As the customer, it is your responsiblity to ensure that you have the correct address before submitting your order. If you realized a mistake has been made, contact us via email at [email protected]. If the label has not already been made, we will make the correction. If the order has already been shipped, we will not be responsible for refunding or replacing your order. You will have to reorder.

Q: What is the process time for orders?
A: Process time for orders is approximately 5-7 business days. After the order has been processed and shipped, based on which shipping method chosen is how long it will take for your package to reach you.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Tracking numbers will be emailed promptly after package has been shipped.

Q: Am I able to cancel my order after I make it? Can I return my order?
A: You are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns of any of our products. 

Q: My products arrived damaged/missing items, what should I do? 
A: If any items arrived damaged, contact us via our contact page and we will refund partial or in full, depending on the situation. If you find that any items are missing contact us via our contact page and we will ship out that missing item. Any refunds given will go to the account that was used to place the order. 

Q: My package has not arrived/lost/stolen and I would like a refund.
A: Paradise Pomade & Oil, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. It is outside of our control. You will have to contact USPS to see where your package is. Again, ensure that you have the correct mailing address before placing the order.
