Q: What type of butters and oils do you use when making products?
A: At Paradise Pomade & Oil, we use a wide variety of organic, sustainable sourced, plant oils and butters. Some of which do come from nuts so if you have a nut allergy, please use our products at your own discretion. Ingredients can be found listed in the description of the product. Paradise Pomade & Oil, LLC is not responsible for any allergic reactions.
Q: My body butter/lotion bar arrived melted, what should I do?
A: Melting usually occurs during the warmer months. If your body butter/lotion bar arrives melted, place it in the fridge for roughly 30 minutes to an hour. This will not affect the quality and effectiveness of the body butter/lotion.
Q: Do you make wholesale or custom soap orders?
A: At this time, we do not make wholesale orders or custom soap orders. We want to focus on the current products we have to offer, making sure their quality is top notch! In the future, we do plan to do wholesale and or create customer inspired soaps!
A: The price shown for our products is per single item. Our products are handmade and we like to show multiple variations of our products especially our artisan soap bars. Some of our artisan soap bars have swirl designs in them. In this case each swirl will vary from bar to bar.
Q: Am I able to choose the soaps that I want in the sample set?
A: Unfortunately, at this time you are unable to choose which soap you want in the sample set. The soap is chosen at random and we have listed the scents we have to offer in the description of the product. This is to ensure that we get your order out to you as efficiently as possible. Paradise Pomade & Oil takes care in making sure that no sample soap is duplicated in any order.
Q: Am I able to use 2 discount codes for 1 order?
A: Unfortunately, you are only able to use 1 coupon code per order.
